Caoránach, the mother of the devil

"Qwear rawn noch" "The Qwear One"

Mother of the devil. In Irish folklore, Caoránach was said to be the mother of demons and devils banished by Saint Patrick to Loch Dearg in Donegal, Ulster. Another story states that Loch Dearg (“red lake”) was named for the blood of Caoránach issuing from an old witch’s thigh bone when it was slain by Fionn mac Cumhaill.

Caoránach spun around, shrieking in a rage as if screaming at the air would somehow bring them back. Finally, she got herself under control and seethed through her teeth, “Scraven Find them. Find them NOW.”

Born in the beginning of time

Physical Appearance

Her hair, if you want to call it that, is more like dirty grey eel-like dreadlocks with beady black eyes like rats. She has white skin so transparent you can see her veins and muscles under the surface. She exudes a wake of static electricity.

Quirks

Can spit acid, yep she’s that sort of gal. Most people feel a static charge around her as she approaches, like a lightning storm approaching.

Role in the Story

She is the born enemy of Irish people because she brings demons to the island with the intention to take over the world. Someone has to stop her.

Traits

She angers so easily that many times she kills people she needs, to the point of self-destruction. But she just does not care about anyone or anything, literally has no feelings towards her victims, and quite frankly does not understand that they exist in the world.

The worst form of detachment disorder, dangerous and unfeeling.
